Gluten-free dough is available on all Romana and Classic pizzas, most pasta dishes, dough balls and several desserts, marked 'GF' on the menu and accredited by Coeliac UK. Kitchens use a separate gluten-free prep space, dedicated utensils, rice flour only, and black plates/stickers to flag GF orders through to the table. Tell your server you have coeliac disease so they follow the full protocol.
