Domino's has been Coeliac UK accredited since 2012. The gluten-free base is made by Schar in a dedicated 100% gluten-free facility off-site and arrives in store in sealed pouches, tested to under 20ppm gluten. Stores use separate preparation stations, ingredients, and screens reserved only for gluten-free pizzas, with a distinct base shape and box stickers to avoid mix-ups, and staff are trained on the process. Stores are audited annually against Coeliac UK's criteria.
