Main kitchen is 100% gluten free. serving extravagant waffles, pancake stacks, cakes, loaded ice cream sundaes, giant deluxe milkshakes. The owners decided to make all of the waffles and pancakes gluten free as standard to limit risk of any cross contamination for coeliacs. No normal flour used on site at all and the owners are really knowledgeable about allergens (including dairy too). Front of house does have a couple of ice cream toppings not gluten free but these are kept out of the kitchen to avoid contamination. Open until 9pm most nights and 8pm Sundays.
