Check the allergen matrix before ordering: the BBQ sauce base now contains gluten and isn't safe even when paired with a gluten-free crust, so BBQ-based pizzas like Texan BBQ aren't suitable. The self-serve salad bar (where available) isn't covered by the Coeliac UK accreditation, so take extra care there.
