The pub states on its own site that it is Coeliac UK Accredited: "We are proud to have the processes in place to meet this standard and serve gluten free food safely." It offers a dedicated gluten-free menu (including a separate gluten-free Sunday roast menu). Its own allergen disclaimer notes food is prepared in shared preparation and cooking areas, cross-contamination may occur, and fried items with different allergens may be cooked in the same oil - so no dedicated fryer or fully separate prep area is claimed. The venue says controls are in place to keep gluten-free menu dishes gluten-free, but cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from allergens. Always mention your coeliac disease when ordering.
