The pub's own website (stationpubknebworth.com) displays the Coeliac UK accreditation logo and features a customer testimonial: "I am coeliac which is never an issue here, there are many choices and their allergy and cross contamination knowledge is second to none." It is also listed on Coeliac UK's own venue page (coeliac.org.uk/venue/the-station-pub-knebworth/). Some third-party gluten-free directories claim the pub has "separate fryers," but this is not stated on the pub's own website, so a dedicated fryer is not claimed here.
