Wagamama's chain-wide policy (applies here as at all branches): a detailed allergen menu is available, gluten-free orders are taken by a manager and cooked by a manager after cleaning tools and workspace, and the kitchen encourages telling staff about allergies before ordering. Wagamama's own policy states it cannot guarantee dishes are 100% free from allergenic ingredients since the kitchen is not a dedicated gluten-free facility - always mention your coeliac disease when ordering.
