The Pizza a Mano range and classic pastas (excluding ravioli) are available with a non-gluten base or non-gluten fusilli, cooked in individual pouches separate from gluten-containing pasta using separate utensils and equipment. Restaurants have allocated allergen managers and staff are trained on cross-contact risk, but this is not a certified gluten-free kitchen. Click & collect and delivery orders can't currently be adapted for allergies - dine in and speak to a manager instead.
